Can anyone help please?

Although I paid for a three year subscription and received a receipt by email. I seem to have downloaded the trial version as it is now (after about 60 days) telling me it will expire.
I have my emailed receipt (for $52.92 dated 10 October) but no Licence Key for the full version.

Howe can I a) get a Licence key and b)download the full version please?

There’s no separate download for the full version - there’s only one installer, working as trial without the key.

Where did you purchase the license - on element 5?
I suggest to contact sales@avast.com with the receipt - they should resend you the key.
