I’m using Avast Internet Security and it’ll automatically renew in a few days. I don’t want it to renew automatically and have spent over an hour following the instructions on the Avast site in order to disable it, all to no avail. Even when I submit my request to Avast on their site, the request greys out and will not send.
Is there an email address that I can use to send a direct request to have them stop my automatic renewal? I’m extremely frustrated at the moment.
