I have two avast licenses and both have disappeared from my account. One expires in August and another expires in a few days. I got charged for the July renewal, but I do not have a key file to continue to use. I have received no emails, not notifications on my Avast account or anything else that I need to get a new key file.

What gives?

No luck there. I will put a stop on the credit card payment and re-order a key. Disappointed that Avast would charge me and not renew my key. This also does not explain why my License that ends in August is no longer reflecting on my account.
