Licences wrongfully expired

Hi, Everybody,

Since last Monday our On-Premise console (6.0.14) is not working, saying “YOUR LICENSE HAS EXPIRED Your devices were deactivated and all updates are disabled now.” but our licence (Business Pro) is valid until 2022. Still the endpoints (PCs) seem to have a valid licence and up to date signatures.
Tech support has not answered…yet… I still have hope.
Any ideas or similar experiences?

Did you buy from Avast directly or from a reseller…?

We bought from a reseller.

You can also see the message “YOUR LICENSE HAS EXPIRED Your devices were deactivated and all updates are disabled now” if you have more devices than licenses.

Ok, thanks, but that’s not the case.
We have 235 licences and around 215 in use. Close but not there :slight_smile:
