licencia con transferencia bancaria no funciona - paymente via bank transfer not

Buenos días, ayer pague por la licencia de avast secure line VPN pero el programa no me tomo el pago realizado vía transferencia bancaria. Y en la ayuda de la pagina solo hay un formulario con temas fijos. Igualmente envié el mensaje pero no tuve respuesta de avast.
Me estafaron?

I already send an email to support@avast.com with the Proof of purchase from my bank account, with out any answer…

They send me an email today with the payment confirmation.I can now apply the license dorectly from the app.
