Él probado Con TODAS MIS Cuentas de Correo electrónico y me da TODAS Con El Mismo error.

He says that his licence is about to expire and when he tries to load a new one he receives an error saying:
We’re sorry, but we do no have you registered in our data base e-mail.
He’s also saying that he has tried with all his e-mail accountas and he receives the same error and that his user name is Carlos Pastor
He wants help since he’s already registered…rm
