licencing key recovery

Hey all new guy Mark here, with a question?

I had to reboot my system to an earlier date, and I’m now getting the trial period is ending message…I made a copy of my “key” info and can not locate it…I tried the “contact us” option and am told my e-mail is not recognized… ::)yee haw…So i need some assistance with contacting customer support in some form or fashion, phone #s? Thanks in advance…

Which avast version are you trying to register/licensing?

I purchased the 4.8 version, received the registration/licencing Key #s and was off and running…I reset my computer to an earlier time recently and apparently put me back to the trial version…i cant find my hard copy of the #s i made…i tried to get the #s resent to me, i am now told my e-mail is not recognized…

In the email to sales (at) avast (dot) com, be sure to include the email address you used when registering if different than the one you use now.
