LicencseNotFound from 95% clients?

business protection is running, its rolled out clients and a few manually installations. There are lots of computers showing disconnected or not connected etc.

When i look in Admin - computer login trail 95% of clinets have a big red cross and an error message saying licence not found?

however under admin - subscription my licence shows as valid till 2014, product type 0 licence count 5?

I have a similar challenge here. After successfully deploying the antivirus- Avast Managed Client remotely, the subsequent installations had the trial version installed instead. Why don’t I have the license file pushed along with the installation for the workstations?

Hi Celly, sometimes because of the installation not finish yet.
Please check the client folder c:\avast~ if this folder still appear is mean the installation is not finish yet and also check on the “computer audit trial” there is any error log?

what program version of SBC console do you have? “ADMIN > About avast!” at console.
