I posted a question/issue on AVAST support but it’s been days and I haven’t received a reply, nor a confirmation email that the issue I raised was received. So excuse me if this is a wrong place to ask question about this. I’m really frustrated.
I bought a license of Ultimate Multi through Play Store’s and I am now successfully using this license on my Mac and 2 of my Android phones. But I’m not seeing this license listed under https://subscriptions.avast.com/
But that’s fine, I can let that pass… What is troubling is that I don’t see my Mobile devices listed in https://my.avast.com/#devices so there’s no way for me to use the anti-theft feature. I made sure I’m logged in to the same account I used for the license, the same account logged in on Avast Mobile Security, and the same account logged in on my.avast.com, and of course, I already have activated the anti-theft on my mobile device.
So if I have this problem and Avast support is just ignoring my messages, I’m now having 2nd thoughts as to the legitimacy of Avast as a legitimate company and not a SCAM, and now thinking going back to AVG. Please, I’d appreciate any help from this forum. I can’t ask the Play Store for a refund anymore because it’s been more than a day already.
