In some special Avast business unmanaged, the License changed to Trial automatically after activation.
This has happened intermittently on several PCs.
I registered activation code on customers device using ABA unmanaged.
Successfully registered.
a few seconds after, The license changed to trial version (for example 27 days lefts).
I tried to remove & uninstall Avast several times. but it’s license changed again and again.
Can I fix this problem?
Regards

After you uninstall Avast be sure to delete any leftover Avast folders in these locations:
C:\Program Files
C:\Program Files\Common Files
C:\Program Files (x86)
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files
C:\ProgramData (hidden folder)
…before reinstalling Avast Business Antivirus again, and then restart the device after reinstall.

I did remove all related avast folders.
also, I activated it at other device and exported the license file and input the license.avastlic.
a few seconds after, the license file in subscription folder be restored into trial.
something strange!
Thank you

If you haven’t already, you may need to create a case at https://www.avast.com/business-support-contact
We’ll probably need log files and perhaps start a remote session to observe this weird behavior.
