Bought version 7. got an email to download the license which would be embedded. Tried to activate in the Free version, getting a message " No license content found ". Contacted Avast tech support, but got a reply email , sorry no phone nbrs for USA. No response to my problem, anybody can you help me out ?
Did you buy Pro or IS…??
Did you download the license.avastlic file and save it to your hard disk ?
Double clicking on the license.avastlic file should automatically input it.
Pro version
Did download the file then clicked on it to upgrade the free version and keep getting this message

Do you mean received it an email attached file and save it to your computer?
Or direct download from internet?
