Im hoping a moderator can help me with this:
I purchased Avast this morning after being a free user for a few months. After I made the purchase I checked my email for a confirmation and license key so I could put Avast on my other 2 computers but I had no such email. I surfed around and tried several ways (phone calls, e-mails) to remedy this problem, basically burning up my day to no avail.
Later I found my customer # and the reason I didn’t get the e-mail. It seems I mistyped my email address.
I have no way I know of, to change this mistake, or to notify Avast to let them know what my correct email is so I can have them resend my license to the correct address.
Please help!
