I purchased Pro license for 3 PCs with company credit card. However, I didn’t receive the license, I didn’t receive the invoice, I couldn’t give my VAT number during checkout (it should have been on the “next step” but it just wasn’t. Triple checked) I could not get anyone to answer my support ticket for 24h now, and I could not get anyone on the avast support Skype number which should be available 24/7, nobody is answering.
So what the heck is going on, and what I’m supposed to do?
I purchased trough desktop application, clicked upgrade and followed the steps, on 2nd step I entered company name and caption appeared saying “You can enter your VAT number on the next step”. I just checked the order and it is for “Avast Internet Security - 3 PC, 1 Year”, not sure why it couldn’t be used for business.

That is not avast, but a third party that only handles some technical support.
Or rather they call it support, but there are 1000’s of complains about them.
My advise: never contact them.

Two weeks is a perfectly normal period.
Anyway, you have your license now.
That is what matters most as I see it.
