License, invoice and support problem ! urgent

I purchased Pro license for 3 PCs with company credit card. However, I didn’t receive the license, I didn’t receive the invoice, I couldn’t give my VAT number during checkout (it should have been on the “next step” but it just wasn’t. Triple checked) I could not get anyone to answer my support ticket for 24h now, and I could not get anyone on the avast support Skype number which should be available 24/7, nobody is answering.

So what the heck is going on, and what I’m supposed to do?

1]
You bought a consumer version, no VAT number is needed for that.

2]
You should have received the license file in the mail you supplied when ordering.

3]
There is no avast support through Skype.

4]
You just have to be patience, avast tries to handle support tickets within 10 business days.

Already checked your order status ? (choose the one that handled your request)

Hi, thanks for reply, however:

  1. I purchased trough desktop application, clicked upgrade and followed the steps, on 2nd step I entered company name and caption appeared saying “You can enter your VAT number on the next step”. I just checked the order and it is for “Avast Internet Security - 3 PC, 1 Year”, not sure why it couldn’t be used for business.

In the mail it says
Invoice: Available at our Order Portal. (https://store.avast.com/DRHM/store?Action=DisplayCustomerServiceOrderSearchPage&SiteID=Avast&Locale=en_IE)

That link is displayed 3 times in the confirmation email, but it is NOT working, so I wanted to report that to someone somehow.

  1. I manged to get my license by manually going to “avast.com/find-order

  2. On https://www.avast.com/en-us/total-support you have this, and when you click you get that

  1. 10 business days is unprofessional

  2. explained in number 1

Thanks for your reply (honestly, I’m not bitching).
I would like them to improve user experience, at least they can fix the links in email!

1]
The link is indeed not working.
It is taking you to a non existing page on the Digital River website.

3]
That is not avast, but a third party that only handles some technical support.
Or rather they call it support, but there are 1000’s of complains about them.
My advise: never contact them.

4]
No it is not.
Two weeks is a perfectly normal period.

Anyway, you have your license now.
That is what matters most as I see it.
