I used your free antivirus. Liked so much i used it in my business. Then when it expired I purchased a new license. When i tried to download it, it had an error. I tried again, another error. I read the detailed instructions telling me that all I needed was to download the certificate (since I already had the program downloaded). Surprise!!! Error. So I called the support team and lo and f@%^&ing behold some guy is on the other end of the phone that I honestly can’t understand. So I ask for my money back. Wouldn’t you know I had to go to a different website and fill out a request. Needless to say, Monday morning I will be buying McAfee for my home and business. Your software is good, your support and customer service are the worst I have experienced in my entire life.
Download the certificate? Never heard about it…
