Hi,
I purchase my VPN product two weeks ago, but had failed to write down the license key (i.e. AV…). I tried downloading the license.avastvpn onto my Samsung Galaxy Android but it does not work.
All I need is the license key re-issued so that I can enter the number in the Voucher section. What do I do?

I too have this problem and I’m running Android
An email should have been sent to the email address you registered with, containing the licence key. It was when I made a purchase recently. In fact, at the bottom of the screen containing the licence key, it said the following:
“The same information is also sent to your email address”
When I checked, there was indeed an email with a copy of the licence key.
