LICENSE KEY REQUEST

:frowning: >:( >:(

I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR 3 WEEKS TO GET SOMEONE TO RESPOND TO MY E-MAILS Re: LICENSE KEY [ YES I’M HOLLERING!!! I’M PRETTY FED UP ]

is there a trick to getting someone to respond to technical support requests? i have sent 7 separate emails, none of which have even been acknowledged.

all i need is my license key for avast! 4 Professional. i lost it when i reformatted from 64 BIT to 32 BIT.

if someone knows how to actually get some help let me know! i have been unprotected for 5 days.

i purchased 2 editions for a p2p network. they are 1 yr subscriptions, not trial editions. at $67.90 it appears my subscription may soon expire before i can use it to my advantage!!!

A forum search about this would have returned many hits all relating to ISP blocking email.

The trick is to try a different email address as your ISP or your spam filter is almost certainly blocking avast.com.

So sending an email to support will suffer the same problem spam blocking. Did you buy through avast’s on-line purchase using share*it (if so have you tried contacting them) or through a reseller ?

Try getting a free Yahoo or Hotmail account and use that and try an email to sales @ avast.com (without the spaces). You will need to give them as much information as possible for them to identify your registration/sale.

Your license key was sent to your address on 18.06.2007 11:53 by our support. Then, after your second request, on 20.08.2007 11:45.

Edit: Now I see in our logs, that your provider is blocking our mail server.

Please read PM I’ve sent you.

I am registered with avast and an e-mail was sent to oce@sentex.net with no problems. Now my reg. key is WXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. Expiration date is June 30/2012. It is telling me that it has expired and that I need a license code number.

ortliebcrane, please, do not post your email and license keys here…
It will be stolen and you’ll be fulfilled with spam…

now i’d can her mail and license…

The key should certainly be made non-valid since it has been posted publicly. :o :frowning:

Oh Dear ::slight_smile:

The key was never valid in the first place - it comes from a keygen.

And we’re loosing time with crackers… :stuck_out_tongue:

And, she must enjoy spam since she left her email to be viewed. :o
