Can I use in avast! for Linux a license key that’s already in use in avast! for Windows? Or should I register again to obtain a different key?

Also, can I use one license key only for two computers running the same OS, or do I need to register once for each installation?

Right now you can. The scheme of Linux registration will give you the same key as a Windows one.
