License missing in portal

My AMS Pro license purchased via google play store in Dec 2016 (for 1 Year) is now not showing up in my avast portal. It all started when I tried to activate Anti-Theft in AMS Pro on phone after doing a reset. Initially mobile app was giving authorization errors while setting up Web Control for Anti-Theft. Then later, after logging in to my Avast portal, I could see my old device in the list of devices using the license. So I deleted them thinking that was causing the issue. But now after all that, the license tab is empty. I tried the license file request using my registered email id (same as in play store used for purchasing the license), but the response email said there are no valid records for any purchase with my email id. Please help. As of now, the only proof of purchase I have is the Google Play Store receipt which has the order number, order date and auto-renewal date.

Also, my current device is shown as having Anti-theft in portal, but marked as lost and unable to change status because any command issued gives “unable to contact device” message. The last connection was made 9 hours ago.
