License not appearing.

Hello,

I have been using avast for a year, and purchased another year of service from them. My Account page shows my license is expiring 11/11/14 @ 9:42 PM, but in Settings my subscription is good through 11/11/15 @9:15 AM.

So, if anyone more knowledgeable then I can help me out, will my protection be active and good come tomorrow? Are there any steps I need to undertake at this point?

When you say “but in Settings my subscription is good through 11/11/15 @9:15 AM.” I take it you mean in the avastUI and not my.avast.com.

If that is correct, it might take a little time for the my.account.com to update. Provided what is in the avastUI is good you should be OK.

Wait a few days, if it hasn’t updated in your my.avast account you could try disconnecting the avast Installation from the my.avast and reconnect a little later.

Thank you! Yes, the Settings/Subscriptions page of the AvastUI is saying that is is good through 11/11/15, but my.Avast and the Account section of the UI are saying it expires today.
