License not found

Hi,
I installed Avast on my laptop a couple months ago. I got the two year protection. I had to reinstall/reimage my machine, and would like to reuse the purchased license but I can NOT find it in my account to download.
Is this a known issue? How can I access the previously purchased version to reinstall.
Please let me know.
