I have a 3-machine Internet Security license which is paid up to April 2016.

When I go to my account at https://my.avast.com/, it shows the 3 devices, but under Licenses it shows “You don’t have any Avast licenses yet” with a “PURCHASE NEW LICENSE” button. Shouldn’t my license be shown under Licenses?

Did you buy from Avast directly or from a reseller…?

No, I originally bought the 3-machine licence when I was logged in with my business email address, which I’ve just changed because I retired from the business a few days ago.

I also bought a licence for 3 machines and it is not showing.
I bought from avast website, and paid with paypal so I have a receipt.
Is there any way of recifying this?

In my case, as miraDi suggested, the problem was solved by changing back to my original email address.
