Good news! You no longer need to register
Newer versions of Avast Free Antivirus will no longer ask you to register, and older versions will keep working even after they’ve “expired”.

Your third image already told you “Thank you for Activating Avast Free”
All you had to do was close that screen, (X in upper right corner) and you would have been finished.
There wasn’t any need to select the free trial.Once you do that, you’re no longer using the free version.

Man i tried that more than 20 time !
when i try x antivirus still nonactiv!
i think this is a force trial use by avast

i resolve this problem by full uninstall then install again ( do not login into your account before active !!! )
i think avast is free for only 1 year!!! the u have to try internet ver !!!
