Hello Users,
i have bought on 06. may 2013 a new license for my AVAST InternetSecurity 8.
My current license would expire on 17.05.2013, but the new one would expire on 06.05.2014.
So i would lose more than 10 days for it.
But during the popup from AVAST which reminds my for renew my license, it noticed a message, that i would not lose any day when i longer my license before the previous expire.
I have already send a message to AVAST-Support directly for take care about this issue, but i haven’t get an answer from them.
Also i have gtried several times to call by telephone (00420-274-005-777), but there is nobody reachable.
Who knows how to fix this problem, or who can i ask for this for further support?
