Send somemails to support desk , friendly person , but only reply was that orderstatus = abandoned and online shop NEXWA is investigating , what ever that means, Ticket ID: CGM-862-71727
A shame that Avast can not process a simple license renewal . I am not gonna buy a extra one because next they will charge me both licenses then .
If you have been given a ticket number and told they are investigating then all you have to do is have some patience and wait for a reply.
