Can you guys respond to Royell Communications so we can get our new license keys. Our Licenses are know expired and we can no longer receive updates. This is not good on our end. Why does it take $o long to get the key$

You can answer all other replies to this forum, yet I do not see a response for mine. It really sad it takes soooooo long to get a response. I am no longer going to refer people to your products if this is the support people can expect.
