Hi, I have just done a windows update and had to reboot my pc. When I did get in Avast wasn’t working and asked for a new license. I know my license expires in August 2015 & when I downloaded the license key the file would not open. It said the file may be corrupted. I tried 5 times & the same thing happened. How can I get the file to open & insert the license so Avast can start again?

Perform a repair of avast and see if that is solving the problem.
