Licenses - two problems

Hi everyone. I’m trying to figure out why Avast asked me to buy a license today while i already had an active license on this device. It told me, your license has expired. Then I bought a new one-year license. Then I logged into the client and found that I have a license with 299 days remaining and the new license I just bought with 365 days remaining.

Is there a way to transfer one license to my wife for her computer?

Is there an easy way to get the extra unnecessary purchase refunded?

And finally, why can’t I see my laptop on my.avast.com among my protected devices? I see my older laptop which hasn’t been used in a year, I see two old mobile phones I no longer own, but I don’t see my current laptop.

Any advice would be helpful!
