I renewed 3 licenses this past March, but purchased 3 more a few days ago. The ones renewing next March are showing in the License list, but the 3 new ones are missing. How do I use them? I was able to use one immediately at purchase, but there doesn’t seem to be a way to use the other two since I cannot find them.
A lot depends on the method of payment, if it was bank transfer, etc. ?
Then sending the license out only happens when funds are cleared.
However, if it was another payment method then you should have received an email with a license file attachment ?
I received a download email immediately, but only used one of the three licenses available. When I go into the License page, only the ones I purchased and used in March are showing. Apparently, I must use the download email to use the other two. My other licenses show as being renewable, but I guess these aren’t. Makes no sense to me.
If you received the license file (license.avastlic, etc) attached to your email for the new 3 PCs (systems) that can be copied to the next system you want to use it on. Double click on that license file and avast will import it into the system. Follow the same process for the third system.
