Licensing issues

Hi,
Over the weekend I decided to renew my Avast IS licenses to stop those reminders popping up on the screen. There was only 2 days left before they ran out so I went ahead with the purchase.

On the computers I have some loaded with Avast version 8.01489 and others with 2014.

When I received the license file I inserted the file into avast and it activated okay on all the computers. I did notice when I checked the subscriptions that the old expiry had not changed but what had changed was there was an automatic license renewal feature that wasn’t there before. I thought that must mean the old license must have to run out first before the new subscription kicked in so I left it at that.

Trouble is all the licenses have now expired and when I double click the new license file, I get the message that the new license has expired.

So I have submitted a support ticket and have been waiting for 2 days for a resolution while stressing out our computers have out of date anti virus.

I am hoping to have some resolution soon.

I did that as soon as the problem occurred. The license that was then re-sent was a single license purchased back in July.

I am starting to get the idea there may be account problem as that single license (purchased in July) does not appear in my list of licenses listed in my Avast program interface. By the way all my licenses have been purchased with the same email address as the one I use to login to the avast user interface.
