excuse me I am new with avast home edition…I am dowloading music with lime wire but after a while the line (adsl) fall down…before I was using norton and it was rather ok may be iam wronging something please help me to solve this problem!!!
Welcome to the forum. 
It’s quite possible that you still have remnants of Norton left on your system and,
this will definitely gum up the works.
