Is there any way to print or create a list of all devices currently being managed by the console? Specifically, I need a .CSV or a .PDF file listing all devices.

Probably not, I’ve never seen one. Depending on what the output is for, maybe you would be better off with a software audit utility to run on your PC network. It would give more detail and flexible to your needs I am sure, for example, if you are trying to find which PCs are missing an installation.
