This should be in your my.avast.com forum topic as that would in effect bump it to the top of the chronological order of topics.

You should have submitted only one.
Each time you submit a new one, you will be put back to the bottom of the stack.
Next to that, the ticket ID you gave seems to be either not from avast or from their business support.
As you are not using a business edition, the business support is not for you.
That ticket was submitted last year. (if you see the date on my post)
I am not talking about that.
I submitted a ticket in same login area… last week. Nobody answering that.
What do you mean business account? What if regular accounts like me need an answer?

Hi rvpp,
You can only see the devices you have linked to your account. If you just activated the license but did not link the device, it won’t be shown on your account.
By the way, at the moment you only have one active license, which is valid for 3 PCs, so you only see one license listed.
