Listing devices in my account...

I have 4 licenses. Only one listed in my account.

I want to see all my devices in my account and which one expiring etc. How to go about this?

No body answering helpdesk tickets.

This should be in your my.avast.com forum topic as that would in effect bump it to the top of the chronological order of topics.

You should have submitted only one.
Each time you submit a new one, you will be put back to the bottom of the stack.
Next to that, the ticket ID you gave seems to be either not from avast or from their business support.
As you are not using a business edition, the business support is not for you.

What do you mean business account? What if regular accounts like me need an answer?

OK, I can’t have been paying too much attention to the date just the 4 license aspect.
Then please post your ticked ID as you did previously and we will try to push it.

Hi rvpp,

You can only see the devices you have linked to your account. If you just activated the license but did not link the device, it won’t be shown on your account.
By the way, at the moment you only have one active license, which is valid for 3 PCs, so you only see one license listed.
