little rectangles where letters should be

Wondering what is wrong. There are little rectangles instead of letters in the left portion (outline) of the information screen located at: right-click/VRDB/What is avast!VRDB?

Any ideas why?

Could you post a screenshot? Press Alt-PrntScrn when the window is open and paste into Paint, save as a jpg and attach to your next post. That will help give a visual to go on.

Also, which language version of avast are you using? And which language version of Windows?
