Hello
I have the following question / the following problem.
I downloaded the security software (60-day trial).
Now I have the following at the point: subscription.
I have several licenses. Number 6.
Yesterday, Lizens stood for: zairton bastos junior.
Today there are: Chinesche - characters.
The license code is the same for all six.
I already wrote a message to Avast, but there was no clear answer.
Unfortunately I do not find a telephone number from a German support.
Can anybody help me further ?
Is this a hacker?
Are they scammers?
I hope not, that I have made a illegal download?

Should I prefer to uninstall and re-download the program?

Strange, as this is highly suspicious…

Try a clean reinstall…

  1. Download Avast Internet Security: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_internet_security_setup_offline.exe
  2. Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions…!!)
  3. Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
  4. Reboot.
