Loaded avast and now IE page wont connect to the internet

Do you have a firewall program?

Which is your operational system?
Any other antivirus? And in the past?

What is your firewall ?
Does it allow ashWebSv.exe internet access ?

  • If it does delete the entry for it and reconnect to the internet, this will force the firewall to ask permission again.

What are these other programs that connect to the internet ?
