Loaded into new PC. Continues to want me to restart the program

When I boot up, it shows I am “not protected”. Asks me to restart. After 2 tries, it shows me “protected”
I am thinking this did not download correctly, but IDK

My PC detailed info does not show up in my acct either.
Isn’t there a customer support email. I can’t sit on the phone while I’m at work

I have this exact same problem!! Would appreciate some advice or a solution if anyone has it. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Avast, with no success.

What version of avast? Free, Pro, Internet Security, Premier?
