After I have logged in to my Avast account today, I realized that the localization of our daughter’s smartphone will not be displayed since four weeks (see screenshot!). That is although " tracking device every six hours" is activated. The communication with the phone seems to work, because all my commands via computer have been transferred. Nevertheless I do not get the desired information, where the smartphone is just now. Currently our daughter is on a school trip abroad, but this cannot be the reason for the problem, because the localization has not been carried out even before their departure three days ago. Therefore I have just sent an additional location command by SMS from my smartphone to our daughter, but this also does not work. Can anyone help me?
