Locating via web

Hi,

I have a question regarding locate via web. I know when I use pin locate using SMS that reply from the phone I’m trying to locate will be charged for sending it’s location, and first message telling that locate command is issued successfully (this one is one unnecessary expense in my opinion) so these are 2x SMS on my bill per locate.
Now when, and if I use locate command via web, are there any charges for the phone I’m trying to locate (let’s assume that phone has flat internet connection)?

if you use web, no SMS are used.

So I can use continuous tracking at virtually no cost, except data traffic on mobile, that is great.
