Location activation

Hello everyone,

I used this product years ago, and I remember having problems with the GPS location.

First question is: can I locate a phone even the LOCATION is not turned on? Will the Avast turn on the GPS LOCATION by it self?

Second question: can I add more then one cell phone in a same account, like, different cell phone numbers?
