Locator Map improvements

Love the locator map, but it does need several improvements:

  1. The time always shows CEST, please allow to have this configurable so that the user can see his own time zone.
  2. The position filter allows to filter by date only. Please also allow to filter by the times (sorted) on a date
  3. Please add another mark for the position of each location on the map: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 etc. so that we can know which one comes before/after the other, easier to distinguish

i recorded your improvement suggestions. will think about it once we next time update the maps module.
