Hi everyone, our law firm uses CSDisco to host our productions from our clients. In one of our email databases, when we run a search on the database for too long, we receive an alert for Locky. This is very concerning, but it is very unclear by what means Locky would infect us if we are merely running a database search and not downloading any files. Disco suggested that perhaps Avast is detecting malware that already exists on our system, but if we’ve been impacted by Locky, we definitely don’t know about it. How do we determine if this is a false positive? We’re very lost.
