Open the log file and look at it. You can use notepad for that (or any other text editer).
Or you can resize the fields in Avast’s log vieuwer to see the entire entry.

Have read the help file, but it doesnt tell me how to read things in notepad 
However, have now found it, and it reads as follows:
x_Aavm check file direct ex: (then name of website) followed by (C:\windows\temp\PxB7F.temp) returning error, 0000A491
As you can see if you look at the location of that file, it is a temporary file. Most likely the file was already deleted by the appication that was using it before Avast could take any action. Nothing to worry about.
This error means “GZIP archive corrupted” - i.e. there’s nothing to worry about, probably just a file incompletely downloaded.
