Log Viewer Warning?

I’m somewhat new to Avast. Could anyone explain what it is I’m seeing in the log viewer when I click on “warnings” please? Also, should I be doing anything about these warnings? Would sure appreciate some help. The log list is long, but within the list are 6 things that worry me:
sign of "Win32:Agent-OTF[trj] has been found
sign of "WMA:Wimad[DRP] has been found
sign of "JS: downloader-FT[trj] has been found
sign of "JS: FakeCodec-G[trj] has been found
sign of “Win32: Malware-gen” has been found
sign of "JS: Pdfka-TW[expl] has been found

What does it mean by “sign of” ? And should I do anything about these? Thanks much in advance for any advice!
Steve

Seems you have some infections on your system… :frowning:
What have you ordered avast to do with the files? Look in the chest, if they are there.
Make a boot time scan (on 32bit only) or a full scan, to see if they are dedected again.
