Login Problem

I’m an old Theft Aware user and began using Avast right after they acquired the company. I’ve installed the mobile app on all my family’s devices. Recently I upgraded several of mobile phones. However, when I try to login to my account on my computer I get the message: “The username or password you have entered is incorrect.” I thought I was going crazy but went ahead and reset the password. That worked but then I couldn’t login to my account on my phone using the new password. So, I reset it on the phone. Now I can login on the phone but cannot login on my computer even using the new password. (BTW: I have cleared my computer’s cache.)

A (perhaps) related problem is that I get a 305 error message when I try to edit information about each device (e.g. change the name of the device).

Any help would be appreciated.

It could be concerned to proxy or load on our servers - in case you are using proxy (or firewall), please check the log. Does the still problem persist?
