long wait time at my avast load

Is the problem there also when using another browser ?
Is the problem there if you boot FF in safe-mode ?
What exact OS/SP ?
What exact version of avast ?
Is there any other security (related) software installed ? (or was there)

Can’t connect to my.avast.com since 3 weeks

What happens if you go to https://my.avast.com and try to login ?
What happens if you use another browser ?
Any error message ?

No Problem here, either.

See attached image extract from avastUI, clicking the View Account button takes me directly to my.avast.com account, viewed in the latest version of firefox and avast free on my win10 laptop.

Same problem with Firefox and Explorer :-
I’m sure this is due to my PC but I can’t find what could be the problem…
Could it be due to my internet provider (“Free” in France) ?

I can’t login 'cause I can’t access avast site. It works with my smartphone but not from my laptop… :o

Disable https scanning in the webshield and see if the problem is solved or not.
