Losing protection days on early online renewal license purchases

Dear Sir,

Why do we lose protection days each year on early renewal license purchase? Please explain.
Your renewal promotional email claims that we will not lose a single day of protection for an early renewal, but your order confirmation email has an end note saying that “Your license is valid from the day of purchase not the day of activation.”
It really hurts when we see losing protection days despite early renewal license purchase.
Please do the needful make customer believe in your statements and restore professionalism.

I asked the same thing in a complaint ticket.

I got a “response” of: Thank you Frederick, I will take it into account!

I still have not had a repair to the time I purchased. Very bad customer service!!!
