Lost all of my passwords and can't restore my data.

Hello,
I factory reset my phone. When I re-downloaded Avast Passwords and went to Settings > Synchronization & Backup to restore my data with all of my passwords, I am asked to login to my Avast account. But when I try to login I get the message “Something went wrong. Please try again later.”
I know I’m using the right logins since I can login to Avast Antivirus just fine. How can I fix this and recuperate all my passwords?
Please help.

PS: I have looked but can’t find any email with the subject “Your backup identity” from Avast like it says here: https://support.avast.com/en-ww/article/Restore-Passwords-data-backup/?option=mobile.

Are you still experiencing this issue? Do you have Windows or Mac device you can test it on?

After a few days of having the same problem on Android and Windows, I finally got it to work.
