It’s been about 10 hours since my devices don’t update the last connection to the server from the my avast page. Furthermore every command I send returns me timeout command. Audio recording, locate, etc … What is happening?
Someone can check if have the same problem please?

Nothing work for me on my 3 devices from about two days. Every command sent from my.avast site return timeout command. Someone of the customer service or staff that would explain me what happened? I pay for this service like everyone here and i have no satisfy reply to fix or to understand this issue. Let me know please. Tks.

I have the same problem. and I pay for this service too. …no audio, no record audio, no take picture, no get data no nothing and this is happenning in all my cellphones, I even made a re installation on one of them and even worst after I get the first conneccion to the new account nothing works no even location. is like if avast anti theft pro just stop working in all the cellphones and I have 3 paying accounts.

Request location is still not working
Hi kroboth, please try to disconnect and reconnect to the account first:
- open the app → tap on Menu → Avast Account → Disconnect → Sign out
- select exactly the same method for login you use on my.avast.com (with Google, Facebook, or E-mail)
- follow on-screen instructions to link the app to your My Avast Account
Tried that many times but doesn’t work
Then please check “My Avast - Device - Info - Commands”, where you should find whether the commands were delivered.
If they were not, please try the following:
- uninstall ALL Avast apps (remove the Avast Antivirus from Device Administrators first)
- check there is no “Avast” in your device Settings → Accounts
- remove the device from the Avast My Account
- only then install the Avast apps back and log them back in the My Account
