LOST function not working prperly on jellybean.

Hi avast,

I’ve encountered a problem with avast antitheft on android 4.1 (jellybean). When sending the “LOST” signal to the phone, it does lock and play the siren, however the lock page with the information is “behind” the android lock screen where you enter your pin or pattern, ect. Also the siren only plays once until you unlock your phone.

Needless to say all the antitheft can really do for me right now is track the GPS coordinates of my phone.

Please help, let me know if additional info is needed.

which version of Anti-Theft are you using?

The latest. 2.0.2589

The latest avast! Mobile Security version is 2.0.2880 so I don’t know if the anti-theft would have the same version number.

No, his version (2.0.2589) is the latest for AT.
